If you successfully clear the interview, you'll receive a joining letter to begin as a junior intern. Remember, at this stage, there are no cash rewards or stipends; those are reserved for senior intern positions. Upon joining, you'll be added to a WhatsApp community and receive a link to the orientation meeting. During this session, you'll meet your peers and trainer, and get acquainted with the complete Learning and Development process that will guide you throughout the internship.
As you read this, you'll fill out the application form for this internship. Once your application is verified, you will receive an email from our HR team inviting you to schedule your interview.
As you complete each module, you'll engage in practical demo projects. These could be individual tasks, hypothetical scenarios, or low-risk experimental projects—all designed to simulate real-life challenges and prepare you for the next phase of your internship.
After orientation, you'll dive into the specific course modules related to your internship. Prepare for intensive live sessions and valuable study materials that will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for your role.
Stipend of at least ₹7,000 for top interns with a Certificate of Merit, and for standout interns, a Letter of Recommendation for exceptional performance. End your Senior Internship on a high note with rewards that recognise your hard work.
This phase is crucial and challenging. Based on your performance and the assessments from Phase Two as a junior intern, you may be selected to advance into a senior intern role. In this phase, you'll join a project team at notonly.club, focusing on your specific domain, and work on real projects that impact the company.

All the batch and class related information will be communicated to you through mail or our community platforms after you’re selected for this programme. The internship will ideally last for 8-12 weeks (depending on whether you’re promoted or not) during which you will be involved in various hands-on projects, learning modules and live mentorship from domain experts.
Schedule is flexible to accommodate your academic commitments. Our sessions are generally conducted after evening to allow students to be able to join without disrupting their academic classes.
No. There are no registration fees for joining our internship program. It’s completely free of charge.
Yes, Senior interns are allowed to withdraw a stipend. The amount varies depending on the project and your performance, ranging from ₹2,000 (for 61+ star performance) - ₹5,000 (for 91+ star performance) per month.
Yes, all interns who successfully complete the Junior Internship program, and deliver their assessments will receive a certificate of completion.
Letter of recommendation (LOR) can only be issued from your trainer or supervisor. Senior interns who have exceptional performance are eligible to claim a LOR, after submitting the final deliverables of the live project.
Depending on the availability and vacancy, you may get market research & customer journey mapping projects for problem identification and competitive analysis or you might get onboarded to a Data cleaning, analysis or reporting project for consumer profiling or behavioural studies which is relevant to what you have learnt in the Junior Internship period.
No. Only the top performing interns, passing the assessment test of junior internship will be promoted to the position of Senior Interns, and will have the opportunity to work on live projects for the clients of notonly.club.
